		<description>These are some awesome tips and a great idea. Blog comments don't have to be spammy to be beneficial to the commenter, and most blog hosts don't seem to understand that comments are extremely important to their blog.

What is the purpose of posting a blog comment, anyway? More often than not it's to get traffic either from higher search engine ranking, or just plain old click-throughs. And who wants to click through an idiot's comment?</description>
